Parmer County has positions openfor a FULL & PART-TIME Deputy Treasurer.
Full Time Salary $35k +/- /year depending on experience, Part-Time @ $15/hour up to 28 hrs per week)
Responsibilities include Accounts payable, bookkeeping and clerical duties. Computer skills and experience with Excel & Word are essential. Other duties will include accounts receivable, answer telephones, compile, copy, sort, andfile records of ffice, process and prepare invoices, and answer employee request such as Human Resource duties including payroll and any other documents received or requested.
Attention to detail is highly sought. Regular attendance is required & must arrive at work on time, prepared to perform assigned duties and work assigned schedule.
Positions interact with other county employees, fficials, and the general public.
