Inmate Phone Services
The Inmate Telephone Service at the Parmer County Jail is contracted with Crown Correctional Telephone, Inc. for all outgoing telephone calls. No incoming calls are allowed and calls are subject to monitoring and recording. The system offers two types of calling programs: Collect and Pre-Paid.
For questions regarding charges on your home or office phone bill, please call Cidnet customer service at
1-8888-984-1903. Select prompt 2 and leave a detailed message, including your name, phone number, email
address, the facility your incarcerated person is located, and tell us if you have already created an account.

Presos Servicios Telefónicos
El servicio telefónico de preso en la Cárcel del Condado de Parmer tiene contrato con la Corona Correccional Teléfono, Inc. para todas las llamadas telefónicas salientes. No hay llamadas entrantes están permitidas y las llamadas están sujetas a control y registro . El sistema ofrece dos tipos de programas de llamada : Recoger y Pre-Paid .
