PARMER COUNTY JAIL COMMISSARY
Commissary services are provided to inmates by Swanson Services Corporation. Available items for purchase include personal grooming products, snacks and games.
• Deposits are accepted at an automated Kiosk located in the visitation lobby of the jail, 300 4th Avenue Farwell, Texas. Deposits may also be made for a Parmer County Inmate at any other Swanson Kiosk. (Curry and Roosevelt County NM located near the Parmer County Jail, also have Kiosks available for deposit. Deposits for a Curry County Inmate housed in the Parmer County jail may still receive commissary services through Swanson.
• The Kiosk is available 24 hours a day and accepts cash or credit cards (NO money orders or $1 bills).
• Money may also be deposited at www.GovPayNOW.com or by calling 1.888.277.2535. The Pay Location Code is “5500” and facility location code is X54.
• Deposits are not refundable and commissary orders may not be returned. If an inmate is released before placing a commissary order their account balance will be refunded in the form of a check.
If an inmate is released after placing an order they will have five (5) days to pick it up. After that time it will be disposed of. Inmates transported to another facility can designate a family member or friend to pick up the order within five (5) days.
Indigent inmates shall receive toiletry items provided by the jail. (Indigent is defined as a balance of $.00 in their account).
