Inmate Mail Protocol
\n<\/strong>
\nMail must be of normal size and not contain any contraband. All inmate mail must be sent to the following address:<\/p>\n

(Inmate\u2019s full name)
\nParmer County Jail
\nP.O. Box 860
\nFarwell, Texas 79325 <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Outgoing mail will be delivered to the U.S. Post Office daily, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.<\/li>\n
  2. Incoming mail will be delivered to inmates on the same day received.<\/li>\n
  3. Inflammatory writings and pornography will be rejected.<\/li>\n
  4. The Sheriff or Chief Deputy will be the authorities to accept or reject any of the above-described mail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Non-privileged mail will be opened and screened for contraband and content.<\/p>\n

    1. Outgoing non-privileged mail: is delivered, unopened, to the mail clerk, who will scan it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. Incoming non-privileged mail:\n
          \n
        1. All incoming non-privileged mail will be opened, read and checked for<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          contraband.\u00a0 Do not send cash, checks or money orders in the mail. They will not be accepted.<\/p>\n
